What is the difference between the Collectors Club and a Subscription?
The Collectors Club offers access to exclusive and limited wines, as well as special benefits including complimentary tasting experiences at the winery. A subscription makes it effortless to get regular deliveries of non-exclusive, beloved wines such as Hess Collection Allomi Cabernet. Can I change the wines in my shipment?
Yes! Whether you are a Member of The Collectors Club or have a subscription, you have flexibility. Before your wine ships, you’ll have the option to add to, customize, or skip a shipment, as long as your minimum bottle quantity is met.
If you are a Collectors Club Member and would like to receive a wine which isn’t in your allocation, please contact the Club Concierge Team.
How often will I get my shipment?
Members of The Collectors Club receive 4 curated shipments each year (in February, May, September, and November). With a subscription, you can choose to receive your favorite wines every month, every other month, 4 times per year, or 4 times per year.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Of course, though we’d be sad to see you go. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancelling a Membership to The Collectors Club requires previous acceptance of at least two of your Club allocations. To cancel your Membership, please reach out to the Club Concierge Team.
What happens if you run out of my chosen wines?
Members of The Collectors Club are guaranteed allocations of club wines. If you receive a subscription, there may be times when a wine goes out of stock before the next vintage is released. In these cases, we’ll substitute a similar wine. Please be sure to check your email confirmations to make sure you’re receiving wines you want.
If I receive a subscription, do I get Membership benefits?

When will I get my first shipment?
When you choose to subscribe, your first shipment goes out right away. When you become a Member of The Collectors Club, your first shipment will be either the current or next release. For example, Members who join in February or March receive the February release immediately. Members who join in April will receive the May release, in May.
Can I gift a Membership?
Definitely! In fact, we recommend it. Simply choose the Club Membership or subscription you’d like to gift, enter the recipient’s shipping information and your gift message. Please include the preferred length of time for the gift in the shipping instructions at checkout.
What happens if my wine arrives spoiled or damaged, or if I don’t like it?
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our wines. Items that are damaged or not to your satisfaction will be replaced. Should you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we may require you to seal and return the unused wine in order to qualify for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.
Why is the wine I received not the wine that I had selected at sign-up?
If you received a subscription, it may be possible that we sold out of a vintage before we could process your order. When this happens, we’ll substitute either a similar wine, or the next vintage if it’s available.

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Subscription shipments offer a flat-rate ground shipping rate of $20, with case orders of 12+ bottles shipping at no cost. For regular orders, shipping charges and carriers are calculated at checkout based on your destination. To get an accurate shipping estimate, add items to your cart and select your destination state from the dropdown menu. We use FedEx services primarily, and can ship via UPS upon request, where allowed.
Can I skip or pause a shipment?
Yes, you can skip a subscription shipment from your account settings, or contact us to help you. To skip a Collectors Club allocation, please contact us.
Can I change my shipment date?
If you would like to change the shipment date for a Collectors Club release, the Club Concierge Team may be able to delay your shipment. To change the shipment date for a subscription, simply adjust the delivery schedule in your account settings.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address from your account settings.
Do I need to be present to receive my shipment?
All wine shipments require a signature of an adult 21 years of age or older. Notes with a signature left for the delivery companies cannot be accepted as a replacement for a delivery signature. If you are unable to receive your order during the day, we encourage you to consider shipping to an office or other location where adult signature can be obtained during regular business hours. If shipper is unable to obtain signature at initial delivery they will try again up to 3 times.
